Speech and Language Services & Parent Coaching
Every child develops at their own pace, but when challenges arise, early support can make a lasting difference. At Little Coconuts Miami, we provide individualized, evidence-based speech-language and feeding services in a fun, play-based environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
We offer comprehensive evaluations and therapy for a variety of needs, including expressive and receptive language, speech sound disorders (articulation and phonology), childhood apraxia of speech, fluency (stuttering), social communication, early language development, feeding and oral motor skills, and picky eating. Every treatment plan is tailored to your child's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
We believe parents are an essential part of every child's success. Through parent coaching, we provide practical, easy-to-implement strategies that can be woven into everyday routines—helping families support communication, feeding, and developmental growth long after each therapy session ends. Our goal is not only to help children thrive in therapy, but to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence to foster progress at home, during play, and in everyday life.
